To make claim is a stupid claim.
The logic that immunity is not automatic but to be claimed is ridiculous. The CJ who is doing breakfast, lunch and dinner with constitution every day should know Art 248 (2) while giving decision against the sitting President of the country, giving unconditional immunity to him. For example every citizen has right to speak and write under the constitution, So i need not to ask any court to exercise my right to express my opinion through this email. Similarly President has an express right of immunity and need not to claim. It is ridiculous to make such demands and lame excuses.
On 4th July French police raided on Sarkosys residence two month after his end of Presidential terms on the charge that he received unlawful donations of multi millions from the richest lady of France during his last election campaign, making the elections controversial. His immunity was neither challenged nor he he was asked to claim in 5 years.
Judiciary and media is misusing its absolute powers without any check and balance.
