2ndly you have talked about Naman University….There is no university with such a name existing in Pakistan….Imran Khan has a contribution in establishment of NAMAL COLLEGE and education there is not free…it collects donations and charity for running its business. Like anyother institution if it provides scholarship, this is not extra-ordinary. This is a regular facility which is being offered by every 2nd college and university to admit top class students. One of my sons is in NUST for Chemical Engineering, he is selected for almost every semester scholarship on the basis of his excellent achievement. This scholarship is almost equal to his fee, but we cant say, NUST is providing free education.
I have already submitted that I am not against the cause of Imran Khan, but I have to point out the shortcomings in his line of action. You may find my comments in different languages and style. Actually i respond in a way in which the question or comment is written.
For personal me, I think that i should keep myself upto it, because i do not want to compare myself with anyone. Simply I may tell you that I am a good source of Foreign Exchange earning for Pakistan, and that too, without claiming any right or prestigious position and I have directed many of my contacts abroad to send Zakat and other charities to Shoukat Khanum Hospital.
I think this is a satisfactory answer.

First of all Imran Khan needs to reconsider and pull back his Nara (slogan) TSUNAMI.
Tsunami is a destructive and a natural disaster that indiscriminately hurt people and their property. Secondly, Tsunami he wants to bring in Islamabad that is quite a way away from the sea shore.
This slogan has no depth. But I still support him because I am sick of the Status quo ante, the way things were before or are even worse and a silent loot maar is ongoing.or may be not because aid is tight at the moment.

Hazrat Ibrahim alehessalam asked his father to come to the right path because he was a prophet and he was blessed by Allah almighty with true guidance. Even though his father didnt accept it, still Hazrat Ibrahim alehessalam offered supplication for him. Allah almighty Himself says in Quran that he was a true muslim and his Iman was perfect.
In Islam, there is nothing that can lead to disobedience to the parent unless the parents ask something to do against the teachings of islam.
I m not against Imran Khan nor PTI, even my son is an active member of it but it is my moral duty to tell the shortcomings. I m not differing with his cause but his line of action. Unfortunately, these youngster do not accept anything less than Imran Khan, and that is a real pity. Suppose, for some reasons he is not able to lead, what will happen…will this be the end of the world?

The only way the Supreme Court can now move forward quickly is that the Supreme Court should write directly to Swiss Govt by putting Official Court Seal on the Letter. Although the Swiss Authorities will not take any notice of this Letter but we know that there is NO bloody chance that the Zardari Govt is going to write to Swiss Authorities. By ousting Raja Rental, will give absolutely free hand to Peoples Party in shouting the emotional slogans such as one of their PM was hanged, other one was shot dead, and third one is kicked out by the Supreme Court. Imran Khan should know very well that Gen Kiyani is hejhra and the Awam is not coming on the Streets, and also in my opinion the Supreme Court has given the date of 25 July, which in my opinion is too far away and linient.

بظاہر اس نئے بل میں حکومت نے اپنے لئے بچاو کا سامان کیا ہے اور سمٹنے کی کوشش کی ہے کیونکہ عدلیہ کا ہراول دستہ حکومت کو بے دست و پا کرنے پرتلا ہوا ہے اور اس ضمن میں افتخار چوہدری کے تازہ فرمودات جنگل کی آگ کی طرح آئین کے ماخذ تک پہنچنے کے لئے بھڑک چکی ہے۔ اگر عدلیہ کے ہراول دستے کے حکومت بارے من مانے فیصلوں کو دیکھا جائے تو کار سرکار چلانے کے لئے یہ نئی ترمیم ناگزیر تھی۔ میں پہلے ہی کہہ چکا ہوں کہ موجودہ عدلیہ ایک “شر” کی شکل اختیار کرتی جا رہی ہے۔ افتخار چوہدری نےجنرل مشرف کے مارشل لا سے “نیا جنم” لیا تھا اور ترقی کی منازل طے کی تھیں۔ اور آج یہ حال ہے کہ خود کو ایرانی طرز کا سپریم لیڈر سمجھ بیٹھا ہے۔
وہ دن بہت سہانے تھے جب جنرل مشرف کے خلاف ایک عوام کھڑی ہو چکی تھی۔ بے نظیر شہید اور نواز شریف متحد ہو چکے تھے۔ اسی اثنا میں جب جنرل مشرف نے اپنے جج افتخار چوہدری کو “لائن حاضر” کیا تو مندرجہ بالا جماعتیں اور عوام، اسے بچانے کے لئے اپنی معاشی مشکلات بھلا کر، سڑکوں پر نکل آئے۔ جس آئین کو جنرل مشرف تاراج کرتا آ رہا تھا(افتخارچوہدری اس کا حصہ تھا)، عوام سمجھی کہ ہم اس آئین کو بچانے نکلیں ہیں، اس ملک کو بچانے نکلے ہیں۔ لیکن یہ پتہ نہ تھا کہ عزت ہر ایک کو راس نہیں آتی۔ آج میں افتخار چوہدری اور جنرل ضیا کو ایک ہی سکے کے دو رخ کہوں تو غلط نہ ہو گا۔ دونوں کے لئے یہ آئین کاغذ کے ٹکڑے ہیں اور وہ خود سب سے بالا۔
جس پارلیمنٹ (یا اراکین پارلیمنٹ) نے یہ آئین بنایا ہے اس کو آج طعن و تشنیع کا نشانہ بنایا جا رہا ہے کہ وہ اپنے لئے آئین میں تحفظ کی گنجائش پیدا کر رہے ہیں۔ تو اور کیا کریں؟ اس عدلیہ کو اگر چلتا نہیں کیا جا رہا تو یہ حکومت کی شرافت ہے۔ اس عدلیہ کے جج کس “احساس کمتری” کا شکار ہیں کہ یہ جس آئین کے تحت کام کرنے کے مجاز ہیں، اسے اپنے گھر کی باندی سمجھ بیٹھے ہیں۔
ان کو صرف یہ حسد جلائے جا رہا ہے اور غم کھائے جا رہا ہے کہ آصف علی زرداری ملک کا آئینی صدر ہے۔ ان پانیوں میں اسی دن ٹھہراو آ جائے گا جس دن آصف علی زرداری ایوان صدر میں نہیں ہو گا، پی۔پی۔پی۔ برسراقتدار نہیں ہو گی۔ لیکن افسوس عدلیہ اس پر قادر نہیں اورصد افسوس کہ اب شاید فوج کو بھی کبھی اس کی ضرورت نہ پڑے۔
جب سے یہ عدلیہ عوام پر مسلط ہوئی ہے اس نے اپنا ہر کام دھمکی آمیز انداز میں کروایا ہے۔ چاہے ججوں کی تعیناتی ہو، مدت میں توسیع ہو، پلاٹ یا مراعات یا مالی حسابات ہوں، ارسلان ہو، اپنی سلامتی کا شک ہو، حتی کہ ان کے اپنے ضعف معدہ کے باعث تخلیق شدہ شکوک ہوں ۔۔۔ موجودہ عدلیہ نے ہر کام زور زبردستی (غنڈہ گردی کہنا چاہ رہا ہوں) سے کیا ہے اور کروایا ہے۔
آرنلڈ شوارزنیگر نے کہا تھا کہ میں باڈی بلڈنگ میں اس لئے آیا تھا کہ محلے کے بچے مجھے پیٹتتے تھے۔ موجودہ عدلیہ مارشل لاوں کو یس سر، یس سر کہتی کہتی بجائے اس کے کہ جمہوری نظام کی بالادستی کی ضامن بنتی وہ خود مارشل لا کی تصویر بن چکی ہے۔

Imran didnt mentioned anything about Quran and Sunnah while explaining his stance on contempt bill. Media is trying to portray his say to get an adverse public opinion that will say that Imran is rather close to jihadi groups or Islamists.
Just listen to what Imran khan has to say in this video. He doesnt mentions Islam or Quran even once while explaining his position. The reporter though cleverly adds the words (Quran and Sunnah) all by himself right at the start.
i read another article on The Tribune today which has a heading saying, contempt bill against Holy Quran, although the matter of that article doesnt mentions a single line saying Imran was seeing this matter in the light of Quran and Sunnah.
Media is now trying to project Imran as an Islamist. Dont let that happen cause we know that America that hires certain groups of our Pakistani media will be the last beneficiary if ever Imran comes in power.
