Somebody should ask Najam Sethi what was he doing in Neil Weinrib's office (an Immigration Attorney) in Broadway, New York in July 2000 almost 12 years ago? This guy has been trying to obtain US citizenship since the last 12 years.

CJ Chaudary failed his FA exam twice. Then Mr CJ used booti mafia to pass FA in third division and then he got into college on quota system. His dad who was police inspector begged Akbar Bugti to appoint him in Baluchistan Attorney General. He cannot read English as is obvious in the video. That is why he is unable to read the constitution which is written in English. Arslan kept the family tradition by obtaining 17/100 in English exam. additionally he made 30 Million Rs also since he is a genius of IT.
Maybe he did maybe he did not, what difference does it makes, look what he is doing now, lot of people past is not perfect, but does that men they cannot change or play a role in the history, Bill Gates is a collage drop out and look what he has achieved, a lot of people in the history were not even educated and they have played a pivotal role in history.

Mr Sethi You r very cunning you just try to win the people by saying a littte bit against the govt and then start criticise in detail towards supereme court and qouting some exemples which are very rare what about a govt suppose to do for the welfare of people. govt and parliament do their right jobs then no one has couarge to interpret them but situation is totaly opposite here in pakistan. but mr sethi you should be neutral rather then you always tilted towards PPP. I can not undersantd this govt they are accepting Q league so called musharaf league whereas onthe other hand they are refering musharaf as a cruel dictator and making alterations in consitution as per thier need. What these amendments give to public except safeguarding their own interest. so please stop undue favoring of PPP corrupt govt just foucs on bad governance and tricks by ppp govt against the public of pakistan.

Our Parliament is based on the UK parliament which is fiercely sovereign. Same with NewZealand and Israel.
However, it can be argued that Pakistan has a written constitution like India, so our situation is more like India. There too this tussle is ongoing and the Parliament still remains supreme.
Again one can argue that it is India's compulsion because of ethnic diversity that the parliament has to be sovereign so that all people can be included.

Look at the U.S. Congress, they make laws but supreme court can strike it down! Last week Supreme courty decided the fate of Obama's health care bill and striked down few parts of it!
