With all due respect to Maulana Tariq Jamil Sahib, l wanted to find out where does his jamat stand as far as religious bigotry in Pakistan is concerned, about womens rights, about rights of orphans, about rights of neighbours, about rights of animals, about rights of minorities?
Holy month of Ramazan is around the corner; very shortly people will see rise in prices of everything, hoarders will jack up prices of everything to maximise their profits. While everyone will be fasting, saying their prayers and participating in Tarawih but they will not cease from lying, back biting, or accepting bribes and induging in immoral activities.
Pakistanis are Muslims by name only; their conduct is worse than yahud and nasarah. In fact yahud and nasarah are better human beings than Pakistanis.
Top priority should be accorded to inculcate real and true moral values of the religions, children should be taught ethics at school. Pakistanis are a crowd or rabble rousers but not a nation, becoming a Muslim or following the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is very difficult for Pakistanis, Sunnah is not only about keepning a beard or having short shalwar but it encompasses everything in our lives which most Pakistanis tend to overlook.
This is the main reason all religious parties and respectable scholars are not given due respect by ordinary people because they don't talk about real issues and about how to reform peoples lives in the light of Quran and Sunnah. These scholars only want to talk about NAMAZ and Roza which is good but if Namaz and Roza could change people then Pakistanis would be the ideal nation in the world because our masajid are full of namazis.
