Where its better to stop fight and behave positively toward ownning worth of passport….believe mde this is a grey area i cant say much but pakistani living inside nedds thhis law and officials can get more respect to improve the law….
Parliament if i speak to you fairly does not qual ify its entitlement but we say it a care taker assembled govt rather to reward it a fair elected govt..but however maintaining the rituals of formality the unpopular foreign forced govt of Ppp has not enough capablity to certify a more sovereign than Suprem court for this moment.parliament broke and violared countless rule as a group of people who aftrer finding theirself into luxurious zone and protocols become fully change their behavior and act like motivated bribe king..Many time it happend but there is bno disciplinary binding and respect in actions copied same as fish market of low grade country.who can claim more sovereign have minority and can steal easily rights of others to sit even in the parliament house chairs ..Now its easy for us to conclude who is what so ever but vividly scam and cant behave normal and balanced….hope the continuety shall swap by some gross root elected people and fair people..
No doubt parliament is supreme but Pakistan problem is different 50% of the parliament members can not read and under stand the Constitution plus majority of parliamentarians are corrupt what ever law they are making not for welfare of people but only to protect their corruption .PPP claim that they have mandate of 18 corer people, that is a joke because Pakistani election system is fraud it does not reflect true representation .
When you have fake degree holder parliamentarians how could you expect them to understand what's supreme – the Constitution or the Parliament (their own House). Its like a doctor & the patient. Very easy to understand.
