In yesterday's Capital Talk, Imran Khan was very impressive and confident when he predicted he will "sweep" the coming elections and the reason he described was because 350 million new "young" voters will be registered which is a good sign for PTI and Inshallah it will happen that way ,though I am still not convinced.
Now the problem is he is planning to meet Dr.Qadir Magsi and Paleejo. Both of them have openly criticized " Pakistan" as a country so many times and are fighting for their "freedom". Now how will he justify his criticism on Altaf Hussain when in India he said that creation of Pakistan was a big mistake , which was by the way also a-opinion by Jamat-e-Islami and the great scholar of his time, Maulana Abu al Kalam Azad.
It is also remain to be seen if Imran Khan has forgotten his " Humiliation " by the hands of Jamaiat in Punjab University when his hairs were pulled and he was locked for so many hours

Well, I see your main point of concern is war between Pak-India. As a Pakistani, I believe in democratic solutions to solve problems and war should be last resort because lives are very precious on both sides of the border.
I beg to differ about your opinion on Pakistan's hatred for India because your choice of arguments were very single sided. Violation of Indus water treaty by India marks a failure of Pak-India mutual agreement. Consistent media war is continuously going on Indian Media. Few examples include making news of Hafiz Saeed, who is a renowned muslim scholar, who enjoys respectable status in his neighbourhood, a public figure, who walks among general population through out his day, was declared as a terrorist. No homework was done, on the part of Indian Media, to corroborate their claims before making any of their statement public. Then some computer traders from Hafeez centre Lahore, who were doing business there for more than 10 years, found there pictures flashing on indian channels among the terrorists at large. Then, blaming Pakistan for Bombay Attacks, even before the primary investigation reports. Try to show me same kind of examples in Pakistan media where India was blamed for no reason.
Man I respect all religions of the world. IF someone thinks that one can label any community to be sick based on one's stereotype based perseption, I will have no regards to such comment. Sick minded people are every where in the world. And as long as such people are around, wars will always remain to be a solution.
I want to assure you that Pakistanis, despite of all their domestic problems, will be willing to sacrifice their last son for Pakistan. I am sure, my fellow Pakistanis will second me, that support from America and China has never affected our decision about going to war in past and it wouldn't in future also.
I really hope and wish that it doesn't get down to the point when war becomes inevitable.

If any Indian would try to be harsh with Pakistanis he should know that we know how to pull the tongues out of the mouth. Now i take my words back if I said anything against your religion because a good Muslim should not criticize others on their religion, you are right here I agree. You talked much dirty which helped me realize why we got separation and divided India into three pieces. In order to lower the heat let me initiate to change my tone and bring you to the main objective. I never said that Pakistan has no issues and we are doing great. No, its not the case. I only tried to realize you that instead of preaching us you should try to preach your own country where the issues are equally present and both the countries are filled with equal amount of filth and corruption. Both the countries at the moment are not in a position to claim that they have solved all their problems and criticize each other. If you show me my dirt I can show you yours even more. This will lead to endless debate… resulting in ZERO. In last 60 years we have done the same.
Pakistan is going through rough times, true! But at the same time, India mein bhi aaj log sarkon per bhookey sotey hein. You very well know your issues too. My problem with you was that you were continuously trying to interfere in our matters and using bad language we warned you several times to not do it. This raised my temperature and I became harsh… I am taking all my harsh words back to move in a positive direction. OK NOW for you!
Just to inform you that I have truly visited India 7 times and I surely know that there are huge issues with India which needs high efforts to be fixed. I am saying this in good faith… trust me please. Many of these issues are told to me by my Indian friends. If any Pakistani says to destroy India, I totally disagree and condemn that. A true Muslim cannot take lives of innocent people. Why should we do that,, If anyone said that to you, I apologize on his behalf.
Honestly, I want that both countries should sort out their issues quickly and rise as great countries where welfare of people become more important than fighting with each other. I want both live with piece and dignity without claiming any supremacy on each other as both have high potential to grow. And honestly no one can deny accepting their potential and existence. We know India is a big country and every Indian knows that Pakistan has full potential to grow equal even being very small in size comparatively. So let’s not deny the reality and move in a positive direction.
Now! My request to you is to please you do not disturb us and fix your issues at your place and let us fix ours at our place and let’s make two countries great for their people.
If you want to do something in this respect and you have enough time then please instead of preaching us here, go to several YouTube clips where many fanatic Hindus are making mess against Pakistan and Islam. This is creating nothing but hatred at our side. Can you preach them if you agree with me…I am voluntarily ready doing it to preach my people to not reply back with hatred. Let’s move in positive direction.

Its a matter of constitution that member of parliament cannot have dual nationality. It may be debatable that overseas Pakistanis should be given right of being parliamentarian. But at the moment it must be implemented because the self made politicians run away after looting the country.

Absolutely! May God make you switzerland or Singapore ! because no one should have any doubt about your hard work. But problem is twisted mind of some – and these some are more influential than most.
Just one example, pakistani always believe that if they buy annimosity with India and if there is war, China will help Pakistan. Well, past experience suggests that China and USA both promissed Pakistan their military assistance in case of war with India. They could not deliever when pakistan needed their help even when world was divided in two camps and Pakistan was strong pro USA. Either China or USA could keep their promise. So, wishful thinking is not bad. Question is, whether it is viable or not.
Similarly, On trade front – China and Pakistan has 7.3 billion dollar anual trade whereas China and India has 84.6 billion of trade. It should not be doubts in anyone's mind that in case of conflict – china can never side with Pakistan and risk approx 100 billion dollars of trade. For china trade volume with India = 15X Trade with Pakistan.
So I want to ask from those handicapped brain why can not think streight. Pakistan can sell everything it has to India and India can sell everything Pakistan needs. Our habbits and life styles are almost the same – may be 90%. Before partition it was 100% and it is falling by every passing decade. Imagine the potential for trade. Only ways to buy happiness for people of both countries. But mentally handicapped hulligans can raise all hell they can if just Pakistan gives India most favoured nation status. 99% peole don't even understand it. but they take it as government has decided to give klashmir to india.
Anyways, when Sri Imran Khan ji becomes PM, and if ke keeps some advisors like Shaikh Rashid, Arif Alvi at bay – lots can be accomlished for the betterment of both countries.

دوہری شخصیت،دوہرے معیار اور دوہرا کردار رکھنے والی قوم آج اس بحث میں الجھی ہوئی ہے کہ دوہری شہریت رکھنے والے پاکستانی کو اسمبلی کا ممبر بننے کا حق ہونا چاہئے کہ نہیں -حالانکہ اسکا حل اور بڑا سادہ سا ہے کہ نہ صرف اس پاکستانی کو جسکے پاس دوہری شہریت ہے بلکہ اس پاکستانی کو بھی جسکے پاس صرف پاکستان کی ہی شہریت ہے پاکستان تو کیا کسی بھی ملک کی اسمبلی کا ممبر بننے کا حق نہیں ہونا چاہئے -
پاکستان کی اسسمبلی میں صرف اور صرف ایک غیر پاکستانی کو ہی اسسمبلی کا ممبر ہونا چاہیے ،یقین جانئے پاکستان کا شمار بہت جلد ترقی یافتہ ممالک میں ہونا شروع ہو جاےگا -

ہم صبح شام امریکا کو گالیاں تو دیتے ہیں مگر آج امریکا کا ویزا مل جائے یا امریکا پاکستان کے لیے ویزا اوپن کردے تو مجھے امید ہے آدھ پاکستان تو ضرور خالی جو جائے باقی بھی جو رہ جاینگے تو اسلئے کہ شاید ٹکٹ خریدنے کے پیسے نہ ہوں یا کوئی اور مجبوری ہو -

Pakistan demands immediate action to be taken against, first and foremost, shyster war profiteers and middlemen like the rogue criminal Asif Ali Zardari and his sugar daddy, former dictator of Pakistan and supreme American ally Pervez Musharraf. It is a brazen insult to the dignity of all Pakistani’s in particular, and to the dignity of Man in general, that the likes of Musharraf run around scot free in Britain and America giving “lectures” on “enlightened moderation” while they have serious charges of crimes against humanity pending against them by the victims of this facetious war! Shocking crimes of kidnap for ransom, torture and murder which he has compiled in outrageous detail in his infamous autobiography, published by American corporations, amidst much glory and fanfare by the corrupt, corporate controlled lackeys in the media and press! This charade which was conducted amidst much celebration by the terrorist regime of George W. Bush and his cronies was an outlandish mockery of international laws and exposed the hypocrisy and self-righteousness of imperialist powers like America.
Were I to leave out the grim history of criminality, I would do my long suffering people a grave injustice. Long suffering in silence like cooped up animals, humiliated and indignant, hungering for the true Voice of Revolution, the real Lion of Pakistan, not beholden to any institution or center of international power! Not someone who was simply picked for being so docile and unthreatening, or as some scholars have chose to define him as “a good Punjabi man” with a taste for fine cuisine, but not much of ability or vision. Nor as some would-be champion of Pakistan, a “show boy” brought into politics by the Establishment for his name recognition, for his ability of riling up the unthinking herd into an unjustified state of passive frenzy! One who has been on a lengthy yearlong “tea-break” commensurate with his training all the while the enemy has savagely ravaged the frontier. His conception of a strong response at a time of an existential war is to go sloganeering for peace and justice in carefully choreographed and stage-managed troupes! If he really gets excited maybe you’ll catch him on the television news one day threatening a permanent “sleep in” on some well paved street! Only to silently vacate the premises on the slightest of warnings by the local authorities! No Pakistan! These are false prophets! Do not look to them for the ferocious and honorable and historic action which you seek! Which you deserve! A decisive action which is called upon by the magnanimity of the hour!
For years America has cynically lavished tens of billions of dollars to bribe, in what it mischievously flouts as “aid” to a criminal ruling elite in Pakistan, which has in quid pro quo used this money to rig elections and bribe in mass all officials, politicians, feudal lords, media members, and cowardly, two-faced Generals to enact and enforce its evil, neoliberal, geopolitical agenda upon the region and its resisting people! These middlemen, in complete collaboration with their “friends” in America have usurped all power for themselves all the while they have totally disempowered the brave and steadfast people of Pakistan and rendered them in a position of destitution, and inhumane, undignified prostration before America and its “chosen people” in Pakistan!
These same middlemen who unconscionably export Pakistan’s daily necessities rather than provide them to the starving masses around them, hard produced by Pakistan’s bonded laborers both minor and grown who are literally paid pennies per hour for their work, whether on the fields or factories, and kept in unsanitary conditions without any possibility of recourse to medical assistance or legal justice, have decided upon a “chosen path” for the people of Pakistan on behalf of their paymasters in America! These mobsters in disguise farcically posing as Pakistan’s leaders, politicians, parliamentarians, ambassadors, representatives, media members, civil society types, and many cowardly, slithering Generals have given the valiant people of Pakistan “an offer they can’t refuse”!
The conditions of “hell on Earth” which most Pakistani’s who live on just a few dollars a day are forced to cope with at home or the several millions of the Pakistani Diaspora living precariously and on the brink abroad, broken-hearted for the fate of the Fatherland, are a direct consequence of the collusion and collaboration of Pakistan’s perennially predatory and illegitimate elite on the one hand, and their cynical and exploitative paymasters in America on the other! This nefarious collusion is open for all who wish to look and see! The bribery and corruption of Pakistan disguised as “aid” is as old as the Nation itself! America, in collusion with cruel-hearted monsters from within, has used Pakistan’s “strategic position” to turn this Great Nation into a poster child of failed neoliberal policies of “small government” with little taxation from local capitalist monopolists, and later when it suited its purpose turned the whole of the country into a hotbed of “religious revivalism” aimed directly against Socialism.
With the collapse of Socialism, forced by encirclement and a decade of war and bloodshed, waged by simple and illiterate farmers and Arab youth flown in by America and its allies from abroad, indoctrinated into religious dogmatism, hating and opposing an ideology they never understood or even had a chance to understand with strict state censorship and brutality, an ideology that could have liberated these farmers and students from feudal lords and capitalist looters, America betrayed Pakistan! Despicably it chose to cut and run from the region, leaving it in chaos and awash with trained holy warriors, weapons and a culture of drugs! Furthermore, America had the audacity to hypocritically slap sanctions on the Great Nation of Pakistan for building a defensive nuclear deterrent! It even halted a shipment of 29 F-16’s which Pakistan had paid for, keeping the money for itself!
Playing fast and loose, America slipped a financially strapped Pakistan a bill for the “parking” of F-16’s on its territory! Later, in an act of “magnanimity” and much publicized begging by its favorite chosen son and crony capitalist Nawaz Sharrif, America agreed to “compensate” Pakistan through over-priced agricultural products it didn’t need! The American betrayal of this Great Nation was so complete, so despicable, that it threatened Pakistan ITSELF with the defamatory label of “terrorist”! The long victimized people of Pakistan, aghast at such double-dealing and two-facedness capable of making Pakistan’s middlemen blush, could only muster one thought over such threats: “It takes one to know one Uncle Sam!”
Having been awoken “out of the blue” from his “innocence” on September 11th, though not according to Condoleeza Rice and the FBI, an attack we are told was masterminded by terrorists living in the caves of Afghanistan, men originally trained and armed by America by the way- his agents, Uncle Sam self-righteously and with amnesia like disregard of history and his criminal role within it, decided to commence a fictitious “war on terror” in which he conveniently arrogated the role of the brave protagonist of the “free world” for himself, undertaking a “crusade” against “terrorists” who he assured us were fighting a campaign against “liberty” and “freedom”, causes for which he alone was champion!
Upon this sacred path on which he trod, he systematically and methodically trounced every national and international law, every morality, every convention known to man! To hell with the Geneva Conventions! To hell with the United Nations Charter of Human Rights! He ran amuck upon the comity of nations, as someone rightly described it, like “a mad man with a blade” in his hands! Completely oblivious to the consequences of his actions, he ravaged nation upon nation, unleashing violence and terror upon countries across the globe! Upon his path of hubris, he ravaged, pillaged, raped, looted, plundered, kidnapped, tortured and cold-bloodedly murdered hundreds of thousands of innocent lives! This, no hyperbole! This attested to by no other than his own former president and chief of intelligence! By some of his own representatives and senators! By international organizations! By the billions of witnesses around the world who saw the cold-blooded massacres with their own eyes! Who heard the cries of his victims with their own ears! His crimes are legion!
Having “threatened”, or so we are told, and to put it more accurately BRIBED his new favorite son the reviled dictator Pervez Musharraf, hailing from an elitist family background with an elitist outlook and elitist neoliberal concerns, compensating in sheer bravado and charm what he lacked in vision and ability, who was carefully vetted and selected to his position as Commander and Chief of the Valiant Armed Forces of Pakistan, with a bit of irony of course from America’s previous favorite son Nawaz Sharrif, Uncle Sam managed to “convince” the diminutive dictator of Pakistan’s intractable proclivity to “extremist terrorism”! Having accepted the Great Nation of Pakistan’s irredeemable guilt without much of a struggle, having elevated Uncle Sam upon a high hill, the “Nobel Laureate” of international peace and justice, the “happy go lucky” dictator pitted brother against brother, son against son, and engaged in a notorious dirty war against his own people all for the sake of money! The “savior” of Pakistan bragged and boasted of his brave exploits in his notorious autobiography, arguing vehemently that selling his countrymen to America for cash was an excellent bargain! All the while glorifying and extolling Uncle Sam’s “crusade” of terror and pillage around the world!
In the mighty court of international public opinion, it is America which has become a poster child for international aggression, venality, double-dealing, hypocrisy, corruption, extortion, and brazen crimes against humanity! It has used the hard earned money of its own countrymen, unsuspecting and deliberately misinformed, to sow the winds of corruption and violence around the world! And now Pakistan awakes to this dreadful and dishonorable news, heaping shame and indignity upon the tormented souls of 200 million outraged Pakistani’s around the world, that Pakistan’s middlemen have once again sold this contemptuous bond servant of theirs, the Nation, to the most prominent international slave trader known to Man for a PITTANCE! Hillary has rendered an “apology”, we are told! She has said “sorry” after nearly a year has passed since American troops brutally bombarded and massacred 24 Pakistani troops in an unprovoked act of war! They mercilessly bombed, strafed, and terrorized an isolated surveillance post with lightly armed infantrymen for hours! This despite repeated demands from our valiant commanders on the ground to cease fire! And she has not said “sorry” for having massacred Pakistani troops, as if any such insincere ejaculations of remorse even matter in statecraft, NO! What she has said has been their position all along, that they are sorry for the repercussion of their action, not the act itself, Pakistan!
Having been met by a pathetic diplomatic demarche from this rogue regime of crooks conceived of and funded by Uncle Sam himself, and a tepid partial closure of some supplies due to popular demand, which was a deliberate deceit and a “public relations” scam for the country to begin with. Given that the “air corridor” remained open and the terrorist occupational forces continued to receive their supplies in the name of the puppet and illegitimate “Vichy regime” of Hamid Karzai. It was an ingenious scheme, a smoke-screen meant to placate a country full of indignant folks demanding this act of barbarity be answered with a declaration of war! It was meant to lionize this regime of foreign imposed middlemen, who are inherently compromised by their class interests, and as a result who inherently lack the resolve and the courage to answer with the kind of ferocious, decisive, world shaking response of a declaration of Holy War that the Great Nation, after repeated provocations and acts of cross border terrorism aided and abetted by the terrorist occupational forces in Afghanistan, had COMMANDED!
Pakistan, it is not just that an apology has NOT been rendered, but the pitiable demand to raise the price per container to perpetuate this fictitious war, showing total lack of conviction or an iota of decency, was not met! Not that it would have made a difference anyways! No Pakistan! As a matter of fact, not a single “concession” that was either rendered or even demanded by this squalid regime could have done justice to Uncle Sam’s crimes against humanity and the Great Nation of Pakistan! Nothing short of UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER and $100 billion dollars in reparations would have sufficed! The latter simply to recompense the cost of this fictitious “war on terror” which has easily turned to a genocidal campaign OF terror against peoples and nations around the world! The damage done to Pakistan and its society over decades of cynical interference and corruption in the name of “aid” and backstabbing is indeed irredeemable!

But Mr. Zia ul Haq ki Education policy ne to Pakistanion kaa beraa hi gark kar diyaa. During that period, pakistan's education policy slipped behind India's and they never seem to catch up. Now gap is huge. There are at least 2-3 LUMS in every state now .
That is why we want Shri Imran Shan Ji to become prime minister, whose engineer father Late. Niyazi Sahib had made absolutely sure that Shri Imran Khan Ji and his all four sisters get best possible education in Lahore/Miyanwali.

In my comments to J Kumar below I only pointed him to instead of giving advices to us he should better look the filth in his own country and realize that the problems are not only with PAkistan, they are even more bitter in India too. Why I was harsh because he was harsh, and he was warned by so many Pakistanis to not to interfere. But he kept doing this ….ultimately I lost temper. I have regrets being harsh too.
I totally agree that Pakistan is going through some tough time, and we will come out of it too Inshallah… At the same time India is also a mix of thousands of problems and much struggling to come out of that. So I wish both countries a good luck as both have potential to rise very high with peace and digniy.
We want to live with honor and the problem arises when one tries to get supermacy over the other. Right now not a single is in a situation where they can claim a supermacy because both are full of filth and corruption.

I am Pakistani expatriate living abroad with dual nationality. I also suggest that there should be no member of parliament with dual nationality. This create serious conflict of interest and in Pakistani politics with all funds resting in few hands, it is disaster. One can easily leave country and get refuge in foreign countries and we don’t have extradition treaties with many many countries. Can any one bring Altaf or Musharaf back. Don’t mess the situation more and muddy the water. I am all for voting rights of overseas Pakistani.
