Pakistan Supreme Court has gone overboard, flouted all canons of Constitutional jurisprudence and is only playing to the galleries and not exercising judicial restraint,” Katju said in an article.
Katju, a retired judge of the Indian Supreme Court, said, “Section 248(2) of the Pakistan Constitution states: No criminal proceedings whatsoever shall be instituted or continued against the President or Governor in any Court during his term of office.”
“I therefore fail to understand how proceedings on corruption charges (which are clearly of a criminal nature) can be instituted or continued against the Pakistan President,” he added.
Katju also questioned whether the Court could remove a Prime Minister?
“This is unheard of in a democracy. The Prime Minister holds office as long he has the confidence of Parliament, not confidence of the Supreme Court,” he said.
Katju said that Pakistan Supreme Court, particularly its Chief Justice, has been showing utter lack of restraint which is expected of the superior Courts.

Its funny when i see " Fawad Chaudary- Rehnama PPP". I don't know whether he is there to guide PPP followers or his political interests. He is the one with almost non-existent legal sense. Always drinking eating even in the studio–burping. He will sell his soul for anything to promote his personal interests.PPP has lost the case in the court of law, twice and accepted the decisions. Then why they are discussing the merit of the case again–that too in bits in pieces. Most of the program seems to misguide the viewers rather than to guide them.

But barely six hours after Shahabuddin, a feudal landlord and close ally of Zardari, was nominated to replace him, a magistrate from the Anti Narcotics Force issued its arrest warrant accusing him of approving the manufacture of an enormous quantity of ephedrine by two pharmaceutical companies during his time as health minister.
It's astonishing to defend PPP and Zardari and making the arguments on political morality. The question, is the Supreme Court giving decision against the will of people of Pakistan? The corrupt leaders of PPP, MQM, MLQ, actually, have become united against the mandate by people of Pakistan is to run the country honestly instead of defending the NRO.

I like the way, Fawad Chaudary handles media persons. In the end even Malik and Raja had to accept that establishment wants to have people witness against the ex. PM in elefidri case. This is exactly the cases were built against Zardari and Punjabi establishment with the help of media tainted PPP on baseless corruption charges. I ma telling you bloggers one thing that Pakistan is still intact because of PPP and establishment including SC if breaks PPP Pakistan will not not remain in the shape we are looking at. I like the way, Fawad Chaudary handles media persons. In the end even Malik and Raja had to accept that establishment wants to have people witness against the ex. PM in elefidri case. This is exactly the cases were built against Zardari and Punjabi establishment with the help of media tainted PPP on baseless corruption charges. I ma telling you bloggers one thing that Pakistan is still intact because of PPP and establishment including SC if breaks PPP Pakistan will not not remain in the shape we are looking at.
