یہ داستان حیرت و فسوں اور قصہء گوں نہ گوں کئی دہائیوں قبل جامعہ کراچی میں رونما ھوا ۔ اپنی ازلی شوق چدائی کے ھاتھ مجبور ھو کر الطاف میراثی نے ایک دن جمعیت حرامی سے بنڈ پنگا لے لیا، اور آل پاکستان مرواؤ سٹوڈنٹ آرگانڈائیز یشن بنانے کا اعلان کردیا، یہ ادا جمعیت کے چودھریوں کو ایک آنکھ نہ بھائی اور انھوں نے ایک دن کل پارٹی کانفرنس کا ناٹک رچا کر الطاف میراثی کو دعوت نامہء محبت ارسال کیا۔ اپنی یہ عزت افزائی دیکھ کر الطاف میراثی بے ساختہ رقص کرنے لگا، یہ عالم جذباتیت دیکھ کر اس کے حواریوں نے بے ساختہ گانا شروع کر دیا:
دیکھی ھے پہلی بار، بھڑوے کے منہ پہ پھٹکار
ادھر جمنازیم کے ھال میں عمومی اور ملحقہ کمرے میں خصوصی تیاریاں عروج پر تھیں، چونکہ ایک عرصے بعد یہ دور رنگ و سرود بپا ھونے جا رھا تھا اس لئے جمعیت حرامی نے اپنی برادر شیطانی پارٹی پی۔ایس۔ایف ۔ (پھاڑو سب کی فیڈریشن) کے مکس ڈنڈوں کو بھی مدعو کر رکھا تھا۔ ادھر شام ڈھلی، الطاف میراثی کے دل میں کلبلی سی مچی، سفید پاجامے کرتے پر سیاہ ویسٹ کوٹ اور جیب میں سرخ ریشمی رومال سجا کر، جمنازیم کے دروازے آ پہنچا، اپنے استقبال میں ایک گرم جوشی دیکھ کر دیوانہ ھوا، ادھر مکس ڈنڈوں کا صبر سے لبریز پیمانہ ھوا، اور الطاف میراثی کی پیٹھ سہلا سہلا کر اسے اندر لے جایا گیا، اسی دوران کسی بے صبرے نے اس کی گانڈ میں انگلی بھی کردی، مگر جوش لیڈرانہ اور جذبہء دلبرانہ عروج پر تھا، ھوش تب آیا جب کمرے میں لے جا کر اس سے کپڑے اتارنے کی فرمائش کی گئی، یہ دیکھ کر الطاف میراثی بہت گھبرایا، مگر مکس ڈنڈوں کو صبر نہ آیا، الطاف میراثی کے کپڑے پھاڑ کر اس کی مارنی شروع کی گئی، جمنایم کے باھر دور دور تک ایک فلک شگاف چیخ سنی گئی، اور الطاف میراثی کا شگاف تار تار ھو گیا۔ ایسی مکس ڈنڈون سے بنڈ مروائی کی بھلا وہ کب تاب لا سکتا تھا، پہلی چیخ میں تو بنڈ پھٹ گئی اور دوسری میں اس کی للی نکل گئی ، یہ بھنڈی دیکھ کر جمعیت حرامی والے بولے، یہ مسئلہ اب ا سلامی ھے، ختنہ کرنا اک رسم پرانی ھے، ادھر مکس ڈنڈوں نے بنڈ نہ چھوڑی تھی کہ جمعیت حرامی والوں نے ختنہ شروع کر دیا، مگر کچھ تو چدائی کا زور اور کچھ للی کمزور، آدھی للی اڑ گئی۔ رات بھر محفل چدائی جمی رھی اور الطاف میراثی شمع محفل بنا رھا، صبح دم جب زور تھما تو الطاف ہی کا سرخ ریشمی روما ل اس کی للی پر باندھ کر رخصت کیا گیا، یہ عجب سماں تھا، الطاف درد سے مجبور اور سب لوگ اس کے مشکور تھے، نئے عیدوپیماں بندھے، اگلی شب دوبارہ عزت افزائی کا وعدہ لے کر الطاف میراثی جمنا زیم سے رخصت ھوا۔
ادھر آل پاکستان مرواؤ سٹوڈنٹ آرگانڈائیزیشن (اے پی ایم ایس او) کے کارکنان منتظر ہی رھے ، ادھر الطاف میراثی سیدھا امریکہ بھاگ نکلا، آخر بنڈ بھی تو سلوانی تھی۔ (جاری ھے )

…Honestly speaking .. with some self reflection and personal experience a pot can not call the kettle black . Having spent some time in Pakistan recently dealing with the utterly corrupt Patwari / kacherey culture one can not deny without wheels under files anything will ever move in any direction any time soon. To his credit Malik Riaz payed for what ever was on sale in our cash and carry country. This is sadly the only way to get any kind of relief from anyone in any kind of authority. In our own capacities some of us are reluctant Malik Riaz's some because necessity is the mother of invention and others have their own reasons. In some ways Malik Riaz has taken a huge gamble in attempting to target the SC which is by all accounts the head of the pyramid that weighs so heavily upon the populace. On the other hand I think his motives are very sinister and he is aligned himself with those who wish never to see a just SC that is fair and transparent. The timing is such that when we have seen the first rays of light he has brought things into dispute. The motto in our country is every ruling is seen as fair … as long it is not against me.

Malik Riaz Said." He does not have any bank account ,any land or property outside Pakistan". So how he can claim he paid money for Arslan in other countries? Some body else paid means you are involved in illegal banking. This can also be enough to put him behind the bars. But then the "Would Be" suspended CJ of Pakistan Iftikhar Chaudhry goes to the home of the same Don / Gangster to meet Prime Minister along with his son and another serving judge of the Supreme Court (another coward b@$t@rd – he should have come out himself by now); and promises that he will not prosecute any crime committed by PPP leadership if he is restored.
Once he comes back to office he violates his promises and you know what happens when you break promises of underworld.
NOTE: I am not a PIPLIYA – hazaar LAAN'AT on all tried and tested corrupt political parties like PPP, PML(N), ANP, MQM etc. Time for change through PTI (If they are sincere.
You are mixing two things. The only time CJ met Gilani, along with Arsalan, was after the CJ was restored. This happened when CJ went to meet Ahmed Khalil on the insistence of his son and Gilani showed up there without any previous arrangement. According to Ansar Abbasi, CJ only said salaam to Gilani and left the premises.
As far as CJ and his "promises" to PPP leadership are concerned… This meeting took place between CJ and Malik Riaz, before the CJ was restored. CJ was sent a message by PPP, through Malik Riaz, that if he wants to be restored he will not disturb PPP government. According to Ansar Abbasi, CJ denied that request also.
Please do not assume that CJ made any promises to not prosecute PPP leadership. This lie is put forth by Malik Riaz.

I had been watching this saga all night but for some reason it reminded me of 1967 blockbuster film, “The Night of The Generals”.

It is interesting to hear Riaz Malik. He is saying that even though he had been bribing Arsalan for the past three years even then he was not given any relief in his cases including murder cases. His only objective is that Honorable Chief Justice should not hear his cases. It seems that Malik Riaz feels that he can probably get relief from other judges. He just wants to destroy Supreme Court of Pakistan and Chief Justice of Pakistan. He is doing all this with the support of Military Generals and Politicians. Army Chief whose brother is a business partner of Riaz Malik should be removed from his position and should tried for corruption.
Riaz Malik is proud of that even though every agency has tried its best to stop his corruption but all had failed. He is the worst criminal in Pakistan's history. He has every agency all the generals and politicians in his pocket.
He is a liar and seems to be a foolish person who has made money by corrupting every government official with the backing of senior most military officials who themselves are scums of our beloved country.
