With due respect I tend to disagree with you for CJ resignation. I think this is a part of plan that either CJ should sit aside or step down to let Zaradari & Co to dictate their terms to other Judges. My request to CJ is to continue his duty as CJ for all the pending cases except this case. Let the Senior Most Judge head the bench and take the responsibility to settle this issue.

If the cases have not been influenced and the chief justice is innocent according to Malik Riaz then how is Arsalan controlling the judiciary. It is crystal clear that Arsalan has been trapped, and after all the failures to buy the chief justice the man has got mad and is now playing sort of kill or be killed game. Chief justice resignation is one of the of the cospirator's aims. It will be a huge loss which will never be compensated in the history of this country. It appears to me that Malik Riaz has accepted his guilt in his press conference that he spent money to purchase justice. Is this not enough evidence to prosecute him.
It is also clear that he accepts that inspite of spending money justice could not be purchased. Does that not clear CJ. In my opinion there is no need for CJ to resign, although criminals would hope for that.
Dr Arsalan should be tried and if proved guilty, should be punished as well.
But Malik Riaz has already admitted his guilt. Based on his acceptance on media of trying to buy justice, he should be arrested and prosecuted asap.

I had a question from all of the peoples who say’s the Dr. Arsalan Iftikhar ch. Took bribe from Malik Riaz.
My question is that how one can say that Dr. Arsalan claim bribe from Malik Riaz, when he does not met him directly? Even he don’t knew that there is plan to make evidences against him or against his father, even though he took money enjoy everything they claim, now there are too many questions arose, for example did he knew from the very first meeting the peoples are spending money on him the main purpose of spending money for what? If not then how he is guilty?
1:- Did they say clearly that “this is the money as bribe for your father, to favor us in our cases.” If nor then how they claim that money was bribe/ black mailing?
2:- The second main question is that Black mailer must have some documents/ evidences in hand to black mail someone otherwise the claim is wrong.
3:- If someone offer bribe to someone he is guilty to offering that bribe, he must punished by the state law other is accepting it or not but he is guilty of offering it.
4:- Now the main thing is this if someone offering money for business as a friendship then, which they claim later on that this we pay bribe to assist us in our cases, this is forgery, then these people must put under forgery case and give them hardest punishment as can, because they want to corrupt the system by any means directly or in directly. In my view Dr. Arsalan is totally innocent even he uses luxury apartments/ cars/ any other living style he own its all from them by their own will not by his demand. If someone give lollypop to a child and ask him to go house and after a month/ a period he went to that house and claim money for the lollypops he gives to that child, so who ask him to give lollypops?
This is crystal clear that at any circumstance Dr. Arsalan is not guilty for anything even he took billions from these cheater and racket who want to trap Dr. Arsalan to attack on his father’s credibility.

All allegations of financial misconduct against Arsalan Iftikhar need to be thoroughly investigated. There should NOT be peremptory protection provided by Suo Motos that are undertaken by a bench of Judges who are more beholden to the interests of Chief Justice than to the Law.

Please do not compare Hamid Meer with Talat Hussain, I have been following Talat Hussain since he used to do the morning show from Islamabad in PTV and during all this time I always found him to do the program in an unbiased way whereas Hamid Meer has a Biased feeling towards Army. If the cases have not been influenced and the chief justice is innocent according to Malik Riaz then how is Arsalan controlling the judiciary. It is crystal clear that Arsalan has been trapped, and after all the failures to buy the chief justice the man has got mad and is now playing sort of kill or be killed game. Chief justice resignation is one of the of the cospirator's aims. It will be a huge loss which will never be compensated in the history of this country. It appears to me that Malik Riaz has accepted his guilt in his press conference that he spent money to purchase justice. Is this not enough evidence to prosecute him.
It is also clear that he accepts that inspite of spending money justice could not be purchased. Does that not clear CJ. In my opinion there is no need for CJ to resign, although criminals would hope for that.
Dr Arsalan should be tried and if proved guilty, should be punished as well.
But Malik Riaz has already admitted his guilt. Based on his acceptance on media of trying to buy justice, he should be arrested and prosecuted asap.

1:- Did they say clearly that “this is the money as bribe for your father, to favor us in our cases.” If nor then how they claim that money was bribe/ black mailing?
2:- The second main question is that Black mailer must have some documents/ evidences in hand to black mail someone otherwise the claim is wrong.
3:- If someone offer bribe to someone he is guilty to offering that bribe, he must punished by the state law other is accepting it or not but he is guilty of offering it.

Please do not compare Hamid Meer with Talat Hussain, I have been following Talat Hussain since he used to do the morning show from Islamabad in PTV and during all this time I always found him to do the program in an unbiased way whereas Hamid Meer has a Biased feeling towards Army.
