from this day i would be the biggest fan of Talat Hussain, he has shown enough decency, courage, and professionalism in this program, he is truly a asset to journalism we need more journalist like him, now as far as Malik riaz concern we all know that these type of people always do dirty tricks like that to black mail people who have concern with them, he probably tried to buy C.J first when that did not work he turned to his son, very cunningly he showered his son with favours and kept all the record to black mail them when the time comes, these sort of tricks been playing on by Mafia people all over the world to blackmail people who hold high position in government. i am pretty sure that CJ Iftakhar would come out of this as a winner and hero, in both cases if his son turned out to be guilty or not guilty. This time these dirty tricks going to turned against them(Mafia).

Thank you for analysing the case filed by Malik Riaz against the the son of Chief justice of Pakistan . Well this is for the first time the media is speaking against Malik Riaz . Some of the people say that he only primary pass . He was a very small contractor of MES . Now a days very person having lot of wealth . He is a person which put millions of beaners on the roads for ref random complain of General perviz Musharaf. It is said he had donated a farm house in Islamabad. He remain a good friend of political leaders both PPP and Muslim league. He had relations with many of ex judges , lawyers , generalists and army generals. He has sold many of houses through DHA . He was using the Name of Pakistan Navey for collection of money from peoples of Pakistan . Every body remain quite and now start talking against him my question is where was media when he was making the people fool . Please analyse how a primary pass person became such a rich man . The true story is he collected the money from people of Pakistan and constructed a few Safari villas as model houses . He again collected money on booking of such villas . I remember at that time he just have two or three bulldosers for land lave ling . He booked shopping plazas . He collected lot of money from the purchasers of plots on the name of development charges . One good example of his richness is that he collected RS 50,000 from owners of ten marla plot and Rs 100,000 for each kanal for construction of a very small bridge two connect GT road and DHA . This collection was made from allotiese of phase 1- 6.Like wise he collected lot of money from Lahore , Karachi and other cities. His Dastarkhan help earth quick and flood effected people was not from his pocket but was the bank profit on people money .

Talat Sahib, very well said. just want to say that i agree with u on the topic of Malik Riaz and his favours to Journalists and their organisations and the test for all those journolists and those media organisations.
I think we Awam would be able to take this as a test case to decide which journalist and media organisation is fair and honest. the ones who will be fair and hounest in this case will be considered fair as a whole and we can trust them in the future too. we have seen the true face of few of them yesterday like Mehar Bukhari, Najam Sethi etc.

Unfortunately, A Blame Game is started in media for almost 6 months ago and now it seems that it has became a WAR between media group. First Mubashar Luqman starts this game without having any proof. Mr. Najam Sethi did not say that I KNOW TALAT HUSSAIN WORKS FOR STRATFOR, He said clearly, it is being revealed by WIKILeaks. But the way Talat Hussain was trying to let Mr. Najam Sethi down in his program it shows clearly he is a victim of professional jealousy. In 70% of his program he tried to show MALIK RIAZ as a Villan, and then he quotes same Malik Riaz words about Najam Sethi, He has to establish one fact first either Malik Riaz is a trust worthy man or not? if he is proving in his program that Malik Riaz is not a Trust Worthy man then how he can quote his sentence about anyone.

جب سے یہ کیس سامنے آیا ہے – سب کو اس میں سازش نظر آ رہی ہے اور ہو بھی سکتی ہے سازش -دوسری بات جو سامنے آ رہی ہے وہ یہ کہ یہ سازش کون کر سکتا ہے تو زیادہ تر کا خیال ہے کہ اسکا فائدہ پی پی پی ، زرداری یا حکومت وقت کو پوھنچے گا – آئیے اب ذرا ان باتوں کا تجزیہ کرتے ہیں کہ دار اصل اسکا فائدہ کس کو پوھنچ سکتا ہے – میری اپنی راے کچھ اس سے مختلف ہے – ممکن ہے یہ ایک سازش ہی ہو مگر بظاھر اب تک تو اس کیس کا فائدہ کم از کم پیپلز پارٹی یا حکومت وقت یا زرداری کو نہیں پوھنچتا نظر آ رہا بلکہ در حقیقت انکو تو نقصان ہی پوھنچا ہے اور میڈیا ، اور آدمی کی توپوں کا رخ پی پی پی ، حکومت اور زرداری کی طرف ہی ہے دوسری طرف چودھری افتخار کے واہ واہ ہوئی ہے اور انکے بیٹے سے پوری قوم اور میڈیا ہمدردی جاتا رہا ہے دوسرے معنوں میں فائدہ تو ان باپ بیٹوں کو ہی پوھنچا ہے -
مجھے نہیں پتہ کہ اس سازش کے کیا مقاصد ہو سکتے ہیں مگر یہ بات اب کھل کر سامنے آ چکی ہے کہ اسکے بینیفشری چودھری افتخار اور اور انکے صاحبزادے بنے ہیں -
میں اس بات سے انکار نہیں کر رہا کہ یہ سازش نہیں ہو سکتی لیکن یہ بات ہضم نہیں ہو رہی کہ زرداری جیسا زیرک شخص اس قسم کی بچکانہ حرکت کر سکتا ہے – زرداری اچّھی طرح جانتا ہوگا کہ ایسی کوئی حرکت کرنے سے پوری قوم اور میڈیا نے یہی کہنا تھا جو اب وہ کہہ رہی ہے – تو میں کم از کم اس بات سے متفق نہیں کہ زرداری ، پی پی پی ، یا حکومت اس میں ملوث ہو سکتی ہے – بلکہ یہ کام وہ کر سکتا ہے جس کو پتہ تھا کہ اسکا نقصان اور بدنامی حکومت وقت ، زرداری ، گیلانی اور پی پی پی کے کھاتے میں جائیگی -اب ظاہر ہے کہ پی پی پی یا حکومت کی بدنامی کا فائدہ حکومت مخالف قوتوں کو ہی پوھنچنا ہے یا پھر عدلیہ ، چودھری افتخار اور انکے صاحبزادے کو ، مجھ کہیں نظر نہیں آ رہا کہ اس سازش سے پی پی پی کو کوئی فائدہ پوھنچ سکتا ہے یا پوھنچے گا اور نہ ہی میں یہ سمجھتا ہوں کہ پی پی پی والے ایسی کوئی حماقت کر سکتے ہیں -
اب تک تو پی پی پی نے بظاھر اپنے پتے انتہائی احتیاط اور سمجھداری سے کھیلے ہیں سیاسی طور پر بظاھر اس میں ڈھٹائی ، ہٹ دھرمی اور کسی حد تک بے شرمی اور اخلاق کی کمی ضرور نظر آئ ہے جو کہ ہماری سیاسی پارٹیز کا لازمی جز ہے مگر سیاسی ہتھکنڈے انھوں نے باقی دیگر بے شرم پارٹیز کے مقابلے میں بہتر طور پر استمعال کے ہیں – یہ میرا یقین ہے کہ تمام آزمائی ہوئی پارٹیز جو اس وقت میدان میں ہیں انکی ترجیحات یہی ہوتی ہیں اور ہیں کہ کس طرح اپنے اقتدار کو بچایا جا سکے اس میں اخلاقیات کی کوئی گنجائش ہوتی ہی نہیں – پنجاب میں نوا لیگ کو دیکھ لیں،پختون خواہ میں اے این پی کو دیکھ لیں ، سندھ میں ایم کیو ایم کو دیکھ لیں سب کے سب اقتدار کو چمٹے ہیں اور سب کہتے ہیں کہ ہم اقتدار کو ٹھوکر مارتے ہیں ہاہاہاہا حالانکہ سب کے سب اخلاقیات کو ٹھوکر مارتے ہیں – پی پی پی واحد ایک ڈھیٹ جماعت ہے جو ڈنکے کی چوٹ پر کہتی ہے کہ ہاں وہ اقتدار میں رہنا چاہتے ہیں ، کم از کم میں انکی اس صاف گوئی کی داد بھی دونگا اور تعریف بھی کرونگا کہ دوغلا پن تو نہیں کر رہے – جو ہیں جیسے ہیں سامنے ہیں – برے ہی سہی ، ان سے بہتر ہیں جو شرافت کا لبادہ اوڑھ کر ملک کے دولت لوٹ کر باہر لے گئے ، جنکے کاروبار بھر ہیں ، جو کبھی کبھی ٢-٣ ماں میں یاں آتے ہیں ایک دو نارے مارتے ہیں اور پھر واپس چلے جاتے ہیں لندن اپنا کاروبار دیکھنے –

خیر لعنت بھیجیے اور آتے ہیں دوبارہ ارسلان کیس کی طرف – قطع نظر اسکے کہ کس کو فائدہ پنہچا اور کس کو نقصان اب دیکھتے ہیں – کہ یہ کیس منظر عام پر آیا کیسے – شاہین صہبائی جنگ گروپ سے تعلق رکھنے والے ایک صحافی نے ایک جعلی انٹرویو یو ٹیوب پر امریکا سے نشر کیا یا کروایا – دیگر لوگ جو انھوں نے بے نقاب کیے کہ اس سازش کے بارے میں جانتے تھے ان میں بیشتر اسی ادارے سے تعلّق رکھتے ہیں ،نجم سیٹھی ،حامد میر ، کامران خان اور انصار عباسی – انتہائی قابل غور بات یہ ہے کہ ملک ریاض نے اسی ادارے کے ان کرتا دھرتا صحافیوں کو اس بارے میں بتایا جو اس وقت اس ملک کی تقدیر سے اور اوپر کی آمدنی سے بری طرح بلکہ کہنا چاہیے کہ اچّھی طرح کھیل رہے ہیں – ان صحافیوں کی اکثریت اپنی سالانہ اور کچھ ماہانہ تعطیلات امریکا اور یورپ میں بمع اہل و عیال گزارتے ہیں آپ انکے اخراجات اور پر تعیش زندگی کا تصور بھی نہیں کر سکتے کیونکہ اپنے اکثر انکو ٹی وی پر عام اور غریب آدمی کے لیے چیختے اور چلاتے سنا ہوگا ، ہاہا – ملک ریاض پاکستان میں لینڈ مافیا کا ٹایکون جسکے تعلقات فوج میں جرنل کیانی کے بھائی سے لیکر ہر بارے جرنل،زرداری،گیلانی ،نواز شریف ،اور اب ارسلان افتخار رہے ہیں اور مجھے یقین ہے کہ اور بھی جج حضرات سے ہونگے -
اب ہونا کی ہے اس کیس کا وہ بھی سن لو ،،، کچھ نہیں ہونا ارسلان اور چودری افتخار اس کیس کی وجہ سے ہیرو بن ہی چکے ہیں سزا ہونی نہیں کسی کو سال بھر بعد چودھری افتخار کی ریٹائرمنٹ ہو جانی ہے اور یہ کیس قصّہ پارینہ بن جانا ہے – لیکن ایک منٹ پھر اس سب کا مقصد ؟؟؟؟؟ ہاہاہا یہ آپکو پتہ چل جائیگا ……. لیکن بہت جلدی نہیں … جلدی کس بات کی ہے … لیکن ہاں پتہ چل ضرور جائیگا — ہاہاہا

great show talat, we need more sincere anchors like you. The only thing is this that why did arsalaan kept link with malik riaz even after what musharraf did with his father. He should have been more cautious unless he has a loose character and does not care about the prestige of his father. may allah help CJP and brings him clean from this entrapment from zardari.

A very objective and dispassionate analysis. Whatever he has said about Malik Raiz mafia is actually just tip of the iceberg. This mafia is operating its own private army and private intelligence agency consisting of retd. armed forces personnel.He is hand in gloves with AZ and his cronies like Gillani and Rehman Malik. He is even sponsoring other political parties and politician. Most of the politicians including Sheikh Rashid are using bullet proof vehicles provided by him. He has bought most of the media through Bahria advertising. In the last few days he was doling out money to channels by buying air time in a bid to prepare media house and his paid journalists to start malign CJ and to support him. As rightly pointed out by Talat, you will see that most of the anchors are so hesitant to even take his name in the programs discussing this issue. Hamid Mir while doing his program with Khawaja Asif yesterday received a call from the owner of the channels asking him to ensure Malik Raiz is not named in the program. You will see most of the channels, anchors and analysts will try to give a certain angle to their analysis to get Malik Raiz off the hook.

Some of the people say that he only primary pass . He was a very small contractor of MES . Now a days very person having lot of wealth . He is a person which put millions of beaners on the roads for ref random complain of General perviz Musharaf. It is said he had donated a farm house in Islamabad. He remain a good friend of political leaders both PPP and Muslim league. He had relations with many of ex judges , lawyers , generalists and army generals. He has sold many of houses through DHA . He was using the Name of Pakistan Navey for collection of money from peoples of Pakistan . Every body remain quite and now start talking against him my question is where was media when he was making the people fool . Please analyse how a primary pass person became such a rich man . The true story is he collected the money from people of Pakistan and constructed a few Safari villas as model houses . He again collected money on booking of such villas . I remember at that time he just have two or three bulldosers for land lave ling . He booked shopping plazas . He collected lot of money from the purchasers of plots on the name of development charges . One good example of his richness is that he collected RS 50,000 from owners of ten marla plot and Rs 100,000 for each kanal for construction of a very small bridge two connect GT road and DHA . This collection was made from allotiese of phase 1- 6.Like wise he collected lot of money from Lahore , Karachi and other cities. His Dastarkhan help earth quick and flood effected people was not from his pocket but was the bank profit on people money .
You also requested to note what the judiciary and and Ahtasab bureau has done with land Mafia of bankers city and others . Nothing as they had given some plots to their heads . No one is their to take actions against such persons .

But the way Talat Hussain was trying to let Mr. Najam Sethi down in his program it shows clearly he is a victim of professional jealousy. In 70% of his program he tried to show MALIK RIAZ as a Villan, and then he quotes same Malik Riaz words about Najam Sethi, He has to establish one fact first either Malik Riaz is a trust worthy man or not? if he is proving in his program that Malik Riaz is not a Trust Worthy man then how he can quote his sentence about anyone.

میں اس بات سے انکار نہیں کر رہا کہ یہ سازش نہیں ہو سکتی لیکن یہ بات ہضم نہیں ہو رہی کہ زرداری جیسا زیرک شخص اس قسم کی بچکانہ حرکت کر سکتا ہے – زرداری اچّھی طرح جانتا ہوگا کہ ایسی کوئی حرکت کرنے سے پوری قوم اور میڈیا نے یہی کہنا تھا جو اب وہ کہہ رہی ہے – تو میں کم از کم اس بات سے متفق نہیں کہ زرداری ، پی پی پی ، یا حکومت اس میں ملوث ہو سکتی ہے – بلکہ یہ کام وہ کر سکتا ہے جس کو پتہ تھا کہ اسکا نقصان اور بدنامی حکومت وقت ، زرداری ، گیلانی اور پی پی پی کے کھاتے میں جائیگی -اب ظاہر ہے کہ پی پی پی یا حکومت کی بدنامی کا فائدہ حکومت مخالف قوتوں کو ہی پوھنچنا ہے یا پھر عدلیہ ، چودھری افتخار اور انکے صاحبزادے کو ، مجھ کہیں نظر نہیں آ رہا کہ اس سازش سے پی پی پی کو کوئی فائدہ پوھنچ سکتا ہے یا پوھنچے گا اور نہ ہی میں یہ سمجھتا ہوں کہ پی پی پی والے ایسی کوئی حماقت کر سکتے ہیں -

جب سے یہ کیس سامنے آیا ہے – سب کو اس میں سازش نظر آ رہی ہے اور ہو بھی سکتی ہے سازش -دوسری بات جو سامنے آ رہی ہے وہ یہ کہ یہ سازش کون کر سکتا ہے تو زیادہ تر کا خیال ہے کہ اسکا فائدہ پی پی پی ، زرداری یا حکومت وقت کو پوھنچے گا – آئیے اب ذرا ان باتوں کا تجزیہ کرتے ہیں کہ دار اصل اسکا فائدہ کس کو پوھنچ سکتا ہے – میری اپنی راے کچھ اس سے مختلف ہے – ممکن ہے یہ ایک سازش ہی ہو مگر بظاھر اب تک تو اس کیس کا فائدہ کم از کم پیپلز پارٹی یا حکومت وقت یا زرداری کو نہیں پوھنچتا نظر آ رہا بلکہ در حقیقت انکو تو نقصان ہی پوھنچا ہے اور میڈیا ، اور آدمی کی توپوں کا رخ پی پی پی ، حکومت اور زرداری کی طرف ہی ہے دوسری طرف چودھری افتخار کے واہ واہ ہوئی ہے اور انکے بیٹے سے پوری قوم اور میڈیا ہمدردی جاتا رہا ہے دوسرے معنوں میں فائدہ تو ان باپ بیٹوں کو ہی پوھنچا ہے -
مجھے نہیں پتہ کہ اس سازش کے کیا مقاصد ہو سکتے ہیں مگر یہ بات اب کھل کر سامنے آ چکی ہے کہ اسکے بینیفشری چودھری افتخار اور اور انکے صاحبزادے بنے ہیں -
میں اس بات سے انکار نہیں کر رہا کہ یہ سازش نہیں ہو سکتی لیکن یہ بات ہضم نہیں ہو رہی کہ زرداری جیسا زیرک شخص اس قسم کی بچکانہ حرکت کر سکتا ہے – زرداری اچّھی طرح جانتا ہوگا کہ ایسی کوئی حرکت کرنے سے پوری قوم اور میڈیا نے یہی کہنا تھا جو اب وہ کہہ رہی ہے – تو میں کم از کم اس بات سے متفق نہیں کہ زرداری ، پی پی پی ، یا حکومت اس میں ملوث ہو سکتی ہے – بلکہ یہ کام وہ کر سکتا ہے جس کو پتہ تھا کہ اسکا نقصان اور بدنامی حکومت وقت ، زرداری ، گیلانی اور پی پی پی کے کھاتے میں جائیگی -اب ظاہر ہے کہ پی پی پی یا حکومت کی بدنامی کا فائدہ حکومت مخالف قوتوں کو ہی پوھنچنا ہے یا پھر عدلیہ ، چودھری افتخار اور انکے صاحبزادے کو ، مجھ کہیں نظر نہیں آ رہا کہ اس سازش سے پی پی پی کو کوئی فائدہ پوھنچ سکتا ہے یا پوھنچے گا اور نہ ہی میں یہ سمجھتا ہوں کہ پی پی پی والے ایسی کوئی حماقت کر سکتے ہیں -

خیر لعنت بھیجیے اور آتے ہیں دوبارہ ارسلان کیس کی طرف – قطع نظر اسکے کہ کس کو فائدہ پنہچا اور کس کو نقصان اب دیکھتے ہیں – کہ یہ کیس منظر عام پر آیا کیسے – شاہین صہبائی جنگ گروپ سے تعلق رکھنے والے ایک صحافی نے ایک جعلی انٹرویو یو ٹیوب پر امریکا سے نشر کیا یا کروایا – دیگر لوگ جو انھوں نے بے نقاب کیے کہ اس سازش کے بارے میں جانتے تھے ان میں بیشتر اسی ادارے سے تعلّق رکھتے ہیں ،نجم سیٹھی ،حامد میر ، کامران خان اور انصار عباسی – انتہائی قابل غور بات یہ ہے کہ ملک ریاض نے اسی ادارے کے ان کرتا دھرتا صحافیوں کو اس بارے میں بتایا جو اس وقت اس ملک کی تقدیر سے اور اوپر کی آمدنی سے بری طرح بلکہ کہنا چاہیے کہ اچّھی طرح کھیل رہے ہیں – ان صحافیوں کی اکثریت اپنی سالانہ اور کچھ ماہانہ تعطیلات امریکا اور یورپ میں بمع اہل و عیال گزارتے ہیں آپ انکے اخراجات اور پر تعیش زندگی کا تصور بھی نہیں کر سکتے کیونکہ اپنے اکثر انکو ٹی وی پر عام اور غریب آدمی کے لیے چیختے اور چلاتے سنا ہوگا ، ہاہا – ملک ریاض پاکستان میں لینڈ مافیا کا ٹایکون جسکے تعلقات فوج میں جرنل کیانی کے بھائی سے لیکر ہر بارے جرنل،زرداری،گیلانی ،نواز شریف ،اور اب ارسلان افتخار رہے ہیں اور مجھے یقین ہے کہ اور بھی جج حضرات سے ہونگے -

A very objective and dispassionate analysis. Whatever he has said about Malik Raiz mafia is actually just tip of the iceberg. This mafia is operating its own private army and private intelligence agency consisting of retd. armed forces personnel.He is hand in gloves with AZ and his cronies like Gillani and Rehman Malik. He is even sponsoring other political parties and politician. Most of the politicians including Sheikh Rashid are using bullet proof vehicles provided by him. He has bought most of the media through Bahria advertising. In the last few days he was doling out money to channels by buying air time in a bid to prepare media house and his paid journalists to start malign CJ and to support him. As rightly pointed out by Talat, you will see that most of the anchors are so hesitant to even take his name in the programs discussing this issue. Hamid Mir while doing his program with Khawaja Asif yesterday received a call from the owner of the channels asking him to ensure Malik Raiz is not named in the program. You will see most of the channels, anchors and analysts will try to give a certain angle to their analysis to get Malik Raiz off the hook.
