Laws of Allah are final and they can never be changed on the interpretation of our own choice.
We dislike them only because we do not want to obey Allah in full spirit of Islam. We want liberalism in Islam to tailor according to our own needs and wants which in fact is forbidden in Islam and "Haram".
Our so called liberals like Shirmeela Farooqi wants explanation of Quaranic verses according to their choice but do not forget one thing that you can not deceive Allah.
By doing so you will deceive yourself but not Allah so on the day of judgement your explnation and understanding will not be accepted by Allah.

I like to ask Mufti's and other religios schollars : -
Why Mahram and Na-maharam Sharia law is not followed in Mecca while performing Haj and Umrah, where women cannot even cover their face.
Why Muslim men are exempt from this law in their daily life.
Does this Mahram and Na-maharam Sharia law exist and does it goes to such an extreme.
I'm not a scholar, but allow me to answer: It is absolutely followed in Mecca during hajj, and Orya Maqbool Jan sahab already clarified this in this program, that even in Masjid-e-Nabawi, women used to offer prayers with men, so there's nothing wrong in such gatherings. According to most of the scholars, covering face, hands and feet is not a necessity for women even in their daily lives. Why men are exempted? this is not completely true because even men are supposed to observe some limits. Its true that conditions are pretty relaxed for men, but this question is easily understandable from biology provided you're a grown up person. I can explain, but I believe this is not the best platform to discuss such issues, and I hope you are able to explore some matters yourself.
Law for mixed gatherings does exist in sharia', but their intensity varies from situation to situation. For example, a non-mahram can talk and even propose to a girl in presence of her guardian(s). He can look at her face and even hair. But the same non-mahram, commits a sin, if he dances with the same girl in a concert for example. Talking specifically about this episode, I would say, the system of jirga, has no place in Pakistan's law. At the same time, if you watch 'mujre' on youtube arranged during wedding ceremonies in various parts of Pakistan, need to be condemned, and the responsible people should be arrested and punished. If the judiciary, govt, and civil services fail to impose sharia', then such 'jirge' and subsequently illegal punishments can never be controlled.
