What is this FAKE Mufti doing here. he brings a bad name to the very few religious people left.
Isn't this the same "mufti" who is known for Veena Malik? I can't believe we have degraded and disrespected Islam so much that we're calling these a**holes muftis. There was a time when you had few, and very respectful muftis, who weighted their each word before talking. Now, every mullah who has the genes to grow a beard calls himself a mufti or a scholar on Islam. Most of them don't even know basic Arabic. For me mufti is someone who at least graduated with a PhD from Al-Azhar University or other renowned universities, not madrassas.
Not look at Orya Maqboon Jaan. I disagree with his views 80% of the time but I have tremendous respect for him because he talks intellectually. You might not like what he says, but you know he's educated and learned.
Pakistan unhesitatingly rejects this brainless progressive experiment to hoist a post-modernist constitution designed specifically for and by industrialized, modern western European countries into a Pakistan culturally and materially totally unsuited for it! As someone once rightly observed, the constitution of Pakistan is nothing less than a used piece of toilet paper and has no legitimacy amongst the Pakistani people, nor, and especially so, for its illegitimate rulers! Even those who fabricated this worthless drivel refused to abide by it! They couldn't! Nor can you! Nor will you. Nor have you. Which political party worth its salt doesn't have allegations far more serious and hideous charged on it with considerable body of evidence and documentation to back it up than the allegations levelled on this jirga? Perhaps it is worth reminding these mindless Pakistani progressive apes that you reside in the fabled "heart of Asia" with continuous war for over four decades! Most people haven't even READ the constitution, Allah kay pyaro! Most couldn't even read it IF THEY WANTED TO! You don't even have the resources to provide them with a simple copy of the constitution, let alone a competent lawyer or a judge! Constitutional idiots! What this country needs is a policy of "Martial Law for a Martial People". We need mandatory conscription for ALL. Two years for males and one year for females. This way at least they will be made aware of their rights during their training. They will also get organized and disciplined. Superior organization and superior discipline under the armed forces will make them capable of acting rationally and consciously under the law as equal citizens. A martial people hold each other to account, as the survival of the group depends on a sense of fair play and comaraderie! Pakistan rejects this senseless ploy by brainless progressives to hoist upon Pakistan a foreign system of justice unfit for such an environment of perpetual war and fight for survival. Our history has not trained us for these laws, nor do the circumstances permit. In the future, when Destiny permits, the jirga will become the natural starting point for a legislative body for all Afpakistani's and central Asianers alike. It will start as a consultative body, and with the evolution of our people and society gradually take on legislative duties of modern day Parliaments accountable to the wishes of their people. Today however, Martial Law for a Martial People must be the supreme law of the land!

Our Justice system in Pakistan has collapsed.
We have civilian Justice system which is totally ineffective and not for poor. In last few years it is further deteriated, Supreme Courts and High Courts have become a political play ground.
Four women were burried alive In Balochistan, M.N.A and Ministers in Balochistan spoke in favor of the killings and murderers were protected, no action from our Judiciary at all.
In Pakistan people wait for years and years to get decision from Courts but our Supreme Court was very quick to re-act when Nawaz Sharif filed a petition on Memo-Gate. Late night Supreme Court session was held and a favorable judgement was given out the same night.
My question is why Chief Justice has allowed these Jirga Courts and why these misguided and illeterate Mufti and Mullah are not brought to Justice .
