اگر چودھری افتخار نے اپنے بحال ہونے کے بعد اپنے ادارے یعنی عدلیہ کو پاک صاف کیا ہوتا ، اسمیں سے کرپشن ختم کی ہوتی ، ملک کے ہر کرپٹ کے ساتھ ایک جیسا سلوک کیا ہوتا ،صرف پی پی پی کی ٹارگٹ کللنگ نہ کی ہوتی ، نواز شریف کے کرپشن کے کیسس بھی اسی طرح کھولے ہوتے ، سیاسی فیصلوں کے بجاے واضح اور دو ٹوک فیصلے کے ہوتے – ملک کے ہر شہری کو قطع نظر اسکے کہ وہ فوجی ہے ، صحافی ہے،سیاستداں ہے، وزیر اعظم ہے یا صدر پاکستان ایک نگاہ سے دیکھا ہوتا سنا ہوتا تو میں سمجھتا کہ ہاں وہ واقعی اس لائق ہے کہ خاموشی اختیار کر لی جائے – مگر یہ تو ایک بے ایمان اور جانبدار جج ہے جو صرف اور صرف پی پی پی کے خلاف مقدمات سنتا ہے اور پھر جلدی سے فیصلہ بھی سنا دیتا ہے اور افسوسناک بات یہ ہے کہ فیصلہ بھی سیاسی ہوتا ہے – وزیر اعظم کی سزا کورٹ کے برخاستگی تک … اس سے بڑا اور کیا مذاق ہوگا عدلیہ کا بلکہ یہ تو عوام کے ساتھ مذاق تھا کہ ٥ مہینے عوام کو انتشار میں مبتلا کر کے ایک ایسا فیصلہ دیا جسنے ایک نئی بحث کو جنم دیا کہ گیلانی وزیر اعظم ہے کہ نہیں – اسکے سارے فیصلے اٹھا کر دیکھ لو یہ صرف اور صرف پیپلز پارٹی کو اتنا تنگ کرتا ہے کہ وہ کام کاج نہ کر سکیں مگر کوئی سخت سزا نہیں دیتا پچھلے ٥ سال سے عوام کو بے وقوف بنا کر رکھا ہوا ہے – راجہ پرویز اشرف کے رینٹل پاور کیس کو یہ کر بند کر دیا کہ راجہ صاحب کرپشن میں ملوث ہیں- کراچی گئے ٹارگٹ کللنگ پر وہاں ڈرامہ بازی کر کے آ گیا کہ تمام سیاسی پارٹیز اسمیں ملوث ہیں ارے ملوث ہیں تو سزا دو بھئی خبر کیوں دے رہے ہو ،وہ سب کو پتہ تھا اور پتہ ہے کہ سب سیاسی پارٹیز ملوث ہیں مگر جو ثبوت تمہیں پیش کے گئے تو سزا کیوں نہیں دی – تم سے انصاف مانگتے ہیں خبریں تو ہم ٹی وی پر سن ہی لیتے ہیں –
مگر شرم تو جب آتی ہے کہ جن لوگوں نے تمہاری بحالی کے تحریک چلائی تھی وہ بے غیرت اور بے شرم اب بھی تمہیں سپورٹ کر رہے ہیں – اور جب تک عوام کے اندر انصاف کا سہی مفہوم سمجھ نہیں آے گا یہ ملک اسی طرح طوائف الملکی کا شکار رہے گا –اب دیکھنا یہ ہے کہ یہ عدلیہ کی عظمت کا نشان اپنے بیٹے کو کیا سزا دیتا ہے جسکو پہلے خود اسنے اپنے عہدے کا ناجائز فائدہ اٹھا کر سرکاری نوکری دلوائی جسکی بنیاد پر مشرّف نے اسکے خلاف ریفرنس بھیجا تھا مگر بیغیرتوں کا ایک جتھا اٹھا اور تمہیں بچا لیا اور بحال بھی کرا لیا مگر جسکی سزا آج پورا ملک بھگت رہا ہے – لیکن اب اونٹ پہاڑ کے نیچے آ چکا ہے اب دیکھنا ہے کہ یہ اونٹ کرتا کیا ہے – میں تو جانتا ہوں کہ خیر کچھ نہیں ہونے والا جب تم نواز شریف کے کیس دبا سکتے ہو تو اپنے بیٹے کو کیا سزا دوگے پھر سارے کے سارے جج تو زبان تمہاری ہی بولتے ہیں – میں یہ جانتا ہوں کہ میڈیا تمھارے معاملے کو ایک سازش کا رنگ دینے کی کوشش کرے گا مگر حقائق چھپ نہیں سکتے سازش ہو یا جو کچھ تمہارا بیٹا ملوث ہے اسنے فائدہ اٹھایا ہے اور کروڑوں حاصل کئیے اور کروڑوں خرچ کئیے ہمیں جواب چاہیے ہمیں حساب چاہیے – ورنہ کل گیلانی کا بیٹا ، شریف کا بیٹا اور کسی اور کا بیٹا بھی یہ کہ کر صاف ہو جائے گا کہ اسکے خلاف سازش ہوئی ہے – پیسے آ رہا ہوتا ہے تو سازش سمجھ نہیں آتی مزہ آ رہا ہوتا ہے اور جب بات کھل جاتی ہے تو سازش نظر آنے لگتی ہے ، مان لیا سازش ہوئی ہے مگر پیسہ تو اسنے لیا ہے – یہ تو اب تمھارے خود چمچے کامران خان ، شاہین صہبائی اور دیگر کہ رہے ہیں اگرچہ وہ سازش کے پردے میں لپیٹ کر پیش کر رہے ہیں مگر تمہارا بیٹا ملوث ہے اور قوم کو تم سے انصاف چاہیے اب جسکی میں تم سے توقع نہیں کرتا ،
How Iftikhar choudhery can eliminate all corruption in Courts? This government kept courts busy in non issues and did not let the court work. No one want to obey courts decissions. Courts can only decide but if Adminsitration do not cooperate with courts then courts can't do anything.

Baluchistan is a very complex issue, non of our leaders understand the complexity of the issue, someone like Marvi Memon who is saying that she has been to Baluchistan 20 times, and understand the issue, is so full of it, she claims that she goes to grass roots, what she does if she goes and talk to her party leaders at the hotels or had lunch & Dinners hosted by them who says to her everything is under control, if she would have gone to grass root she would have seen the hatred of the common Baluch holds for Punjabi people & the establishment, I almost got killed one night just because they thought I was a Punjabi sitting with mutual friends, and it was before Nawab Akbar Bukti’s Death, it has taken deep roots way before, Marvi’s party is doing the same as PPP government has done in the past 4 years, which is nothing, they have not even tried to scratch the surface of the problem. None of them are interested in solving the issue; and frankly none of them are capable of even addressing the issues faced by Baluchistan.
Main Nawaz Sharif think since Sanullah Zhari has joined him and Gen. Qader Baluch they can solve the issue of Baluchistan for him, they don’t even know that Sanullah Zehri can’t even go to Baluchistan, his own brothers are against him, forget the other Sardars and Common people, they hate him because he has joined a Punjabi, and wants to become Chief Minister, just like what Peoples Party is doing now, now Gen (Ret) Qadir Baluch, he is a good man but has no political base anywhere in Baluchistan.
None of the so Called Major Parties of Pakistan, PPP & PML N have even tried to contact the leaders like Balaj Maree, Sardar Akrhar Mengal, Gangaiz or Gazin Maree and others they have not even tried to start a dialog with any of them, then there is a Geo Political situation of Baluchistan, and Americans in Afghanistan are adding fuel to the fire, India, Afghanistan, UK, USA, all their intelligence agencies are supporting the insurgents, while Baluchistan has a lot of potentials but they are not after the resources of Baluchistan which the leaders of Baluchistan are thinking, but it’s the port of Gwader they have their eyes on. Americans & UK interest is to handle Iran from there, and use Baluchistan to get the Oil & Gas reserves of central Asia out from there to international market. While India & Afghanistan are returning the favor what we have been doing in their countries in the past decades, and to keep you occupied in your own issues and stop medaling in their problems.
Strategically Americans also know that with war ships parked at Gwader you can control all the Oil coming out of the Gulf, since Gwader is at the tip of the Gulf of Hermos., along with all the trade of the Middle East. Mian Nawaz Sharif does not have the vision or capability to even think about the complexity of Baluchistan let alone Marvi Mamon, because of killing in Baluchistan on daily basis the Middle class of Baluchistan is also joining the insurgents, and we are doing nothing about it, it’s not the FC who are committing these inhumane killing in Baluchistan, but they have armed the local gangs who are doing it with impunity, sometimes FC is directly involved, but most times it is their hired people who are doing this with some impunity.
All Baluchi people have been asking for the past 60 years is control over their resources, which are theirs to begin with but we have never even considered that, Natural Gas started from Sui in Pakistan, but have we ever tried to give them some advantage to the people of Baluchistan, I understand that you cannot supply gas to them because the pipelines cost millions of dollars, but we should have compensated then in other ways, like special price of Grain for Baluchistan, etc etc, what we did with the gas is we compensated the feudal and Chaudhry of Punjab and Sindh by subsidizing the fertilizer, even today we are buying the cheapest gas is from Baluchistan, while Gas from Sindh and KPK is on a much higher price. When we can increase the support price of all the Food products, why we can increase the price of Gas from Baluchistan.
About two years when Pakistan had weat shortage, and Mian Shahbaz Sharif have stooped supply of wheat to go outside Punjab, I was watching Bolta Paksitan, a man from Munn, Baluchistan called and asked Nurst Javed, why is it that in Lahore you can buy a NAN for Rs. 2 and we are getting Nan for Rs. 11 are we not Pakistani’s, the reply by Nusrat Javed was that your chief minister has good relations with Mian Shabaz Sharif why don’t you ask him to talk to him, this is the problem, Punjab Chief minister is the owner of what comes out of his land, but Baluchistan Chief minister does not have the same right, when you have inequalities like this what do you expect.
These are some of the issues I have tried to highlight what I have seen, I am sure there are lot of other issues and more complex, this is just a tip of the ice berg, start addressing them, understand that Baluch’s are a very proud people if you give them respect, you can still win their hearts, and what they are asking is theirs to begin with, but if we continue with the trend that we will make them subservient to us, then Allah help us.

Say whatever you want, and I'll get a lot of thumbs down for saying it, but Marvi Memon is one articulate lady. Not only is she good-looking, but she's brilliant. I still respect her, but when she joined PML-N, she did great injustice to herself. She doesn't fit with an incompetent, corrupt party like PML-N.

Baluchistan is a very complex issue, non of our leaders understand the complexity of the issue, someone like Marvi Memon who is saying that she has been to Baluchistan 20 times, and understand the issue, is so full of it, she claims that she goes to grass roots, what she does if she goes and talk to her party leaders at the hotels or had lunch & Dinners hosted by them who says to her everything is under control, if she would have gone to grass root she would have seen the hatred of the common Baluch holds for Punjabi people & the establishment, I almost got killed one night just because they thought I was a Punjabi sitting with mutual friends, and it was before Nawab Akbar Bukti’s Death, it has taken deep roots way before, Marvi’s party is doing the same as PPP government has done in the past 4 years, which is nothing, they have not even tried to scratch the surface of the problem. None of them are interested in solving the issue; and frankly none of them are capable of even addressing the issues faced by Baluchistan.
Main Nawaz Sharif think since Sanullah Zhari has joined him and Gen. Qader Baluch they can solve the issue of Baluchistan for him, they don’t even know that Sanullah Zehri can’t even go to Baluchistan, his own brothers are against him, forget the other Sardars and Common people, they hate him because he has joined a Punjabi, and wants to become Chief Minister, just like what Peoples Party is doing now, now Gen (Ret) Qadir Baluch, he is a good man but has no political base anywhere in Baluchistan.
None of the so Called Major Parties of Pakistan, PPP & PML N have even tried to contact the leaders like Balaj Maree, Sardar Akrhar Mengal, Gangaiz or Gazin Maree and others they have not even tried to start a dialog with any of them, then there is a Geo Political situation of Baluchistan, and Americans in Afghanistan are adding fuel to the fire, India, Afghanistan, UK, USA, all their intelligence agencies are supporting the insurgents, while Baluchistan has a lot of potentials but they are not after the resources of Baluchistan which the leaders of Baluchistan are thinking, but it’s the port of Gwader they have their eyes on. Americans & UK interest is to handle Iran from there, and use Baluchistan to get the Oil & Gas reserves of central Asia out from there to international market. While India & Afghanistan are returning the favor what we have been doing in their countries in the past decades, and to keep you occupied in your own issues and stop medaling in their problems.
Strategically Americans also know that with war ships parked at Gwader you can control all the Oil coming out of the Gulf, since Gwader is at the tip of the Gulf of Hermos., along with all the trade of the Middle East. Mian Nawaz Sharif does not have the vision or capability to even think about the complexity of Baluchistan let alone Marvi Mamon, because of killing in Baluchistan on daily basis the Middle class of Baluchistan is also joining the insurgents, and we are doing nothing about it, it’s not the FC who are committing these inhumane killing in Baluchistan, but they have armed the local gangs who are doing it with impunity, sometimes FC is directly involved, but most times it is their hired people who are doing this with some impunity.
All Baluchi people have been asking for the past 60 years is control over their resources, which are theirs to begin with but we have never even considered that, Natural Gas started from Sui in Pakistan, but have we ever tried to give them some advantage to the people of Baluchistan, I understand that you cannot supply gas to them because the pipelines cost millions of dollars, but we should have compensated then in other ways, like special price of Grain for Baluchistan, etc etc, what we did with the gas is we compensated the feudal and Chaudhry of Punjab and Sindh by subsidizing the fertilizer, even today we are buying the cheapest gas is from Baluchistan, while Gas from Sindh and KPK is on a much higher price. When we can increase the support price of all the Food products, why we can increase the price of Gas from Baluchistan.
About two years when Pakistan had weat shortage, and Mian Shahbaz Sharif have stooped supply of wheat to go outside Punjab, I was watching Bolta Paksitan, a man from Munn, Baluchistan called and asked Nurst Javed, why is it that in Lahore you can buy a NAN for Rs. 2 and we are getting Nan for Rs. 11 are we not Pakistani’s, the reply by Nusrat Javed was that your chief minister has good relations with Mian Shabaz Sharif why don’t you ask him to talk to him, this is the problem, Punjab Chief minister is the owner of what comes out of his land, but Baluchistan Chief minister does not have the same right, when you have inequalities like this what do you expect.
These are some of the issues I have tried to highlight what I have seen, I am sure there are lot of other issues and more complex, this is just a tip of the ice berg, start addressing them, understand that Baluch’s are a very proud people if you give them respect, you can still win their hearts, and what they are asking is theirs to begin with, but if we continue with the trend that we will make them subservient to us, then Allah help us.

I still respect her, but when she joined PML-N, she did great injustice to herself. She doesn't fit with an incompetent, corrupt party like PML-N.
