In my opinion every division should be province, because administratively it will managed and run easily.
I disagree with the people who think that provinces should be made on ethnicity. The same people are on facebook, twiter and every where else on the internet, which is all in English. The world now a days is a global village. If we want a prosper Pakistan we have to get rid of this old way of thinking and mentality called ethnicity. 2/3 of people of Pakistan want to leave Pakistan, so if they are that ethnic, they want to leave their land. So please people stop talking this nonsense ethnicity and area. Make provinces that are easily ministered.
This is not old thinking, it is called "Rights" all over the world. It is human right of all ethnicities in Pakistan. You sound like there were no one or nation was living before Pakistan was created. You actually mean like how British divided and rule, Now you want them to be divided and to be ruled? Accept other languages and ethnicity otherwise you will lose Pakistan.

if so called intellectual Syed Jamaluddin requesting Altaf to visit his old and hidden philosophy of Republic of Jinnahpur but he also must request him to Visit "Makli" hill Graveyard near outskirts of Thatta City of Sindh where you can see graves of thousands Arghoans, Tarkhoans, Qandhari, & Mughal era's so called armed fighters who came with the intention to conquer Sindh but terribly failed. Sindh not only defended its boundaries and but also existing since thousands years. As you said that your elders are dreaming….. now wake up otherwise it will be very late and no one can prevent to build an other "Makli" Graveyard.
Sindhis have great great patience, they can tolerate anything but can not tolerate division of of their mother…. Sindhis can either be too ignorant or having great patience or or or or can be aggravated with great resentment. therefore be very very careful and do not underestimate, and its evident in a recent history like MRD movement and very recent at the eve of Benazir Bhutto's assassination when sindhis couldn't stop their anger and what had happened, whatever you give name its history now….my brotherly advice is that let flourish harmony , brotherhood, peace and love among people of Sindh. if not than Sindhis volcano of anger will erupt and one can stop it, then you people will remain mohajirs for another century.
No doubt, migration happens around the world but it never happened that migrants (Mohajirs) demands for their separate state!!!!! migrants always learn native populations culture, language & customs and integrate themselves with native population…..but when it not happens than i don't think so that i need to elaborate it here…every one knows……

PAKISTAN HEADING TOWARDS INTERNAL DIVISION IN THE NAME OF MORE PROVINCES WHICH MAY PAVE WAY FOR DISINTEGRATION OF PAKISTAN AS PROPOSED BY SYED JAMALUDDIN IN 2001
Dream of Syed Jamaluddin, author of "DIVIDE PAKISTAN TO ELIMINATE TERRORISM" and "FORMATION OF REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR" is about to come true. Yes, Pakistan is now heading towards making of more provinces with an aim to combat any possibility of disintegration of Pakistan as a whole. However, making of more provinces will definitely pave way for disintegration of Pakistan for many reasons. All 4 provinces of Pakistan as of today have internal movements / campaigns for freedom and independence. In Punjab which is the largest province of Pakistan has SARAIKI MOVEMENT demanding independence since long while BAHAWALPUR city is also anxious to get back to its pre-Pakistan identity when Bahawalpur was an independent state in United India. Similarly, Khyber-Pakhtoonkhwa is already divided internally in terms of Pashtoons and Hazarvi nation. There is a specific political movement in Hazara district demanding an independent identity. Hence, there is indeed a great possibility that Khyber-Pakhtoonkhwa may be further divided into two provinces in the nearest future. The province of Balochistan has experienced many local political movements demanding independence i.e. making of an INDEPENDENT BALOCHISTAN. The Balochistan Liberation Army is still actively fighting for the rights and freedom of Baloch nation. As far as SINDH province is concerned, this province is already divided in terms of original Sindhi speaking nation and Urdu speaking nation. The urban centres of Sindh province i.e. Karachi and Hyderabad in particular are having majority of urdu speaking people. MQM is the representative political force of urdu speaking nation. Despite the fact that so far MQM has not specifically demanded any new province for urdu speaking nation, but it appears that Altaf Hussain, founder of MQM will revisit his old philosophy of making of REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR being an independent state for urdu speaking nation in view of the fact that Syed Jamaluddin has been constantly requesting Altaf Hussain and all MQM workers to consider themselves as urdu speaking nation and not Sindhis. According to Syed Jamaluddin, urdu speaking people can NEVER BECOME SINDHIS. The urdu speaking nation has its own identity. Hence, if more provinces are made in Pakistan, Sindh should also be divided. All these provinces shall pave way for the disintegration of Pakistan in next 3 to 5 years if not very early. This means that SYED JAMALUDDIN´s vision of dividing Pakistan will be successful
