   Immunity to a president is always conditional everywhere in this world. 1st he can’t be prosecuted for a crime which he may commite during the time of his presidency. 2nd BUT he still will face prosecution of the crime committed during presidency after he vacates presidency. 3rd he has no immunity AS ex-president. And 4th while in presidency if some one puts a blame that he had done a crime BEFORE BECOMING president, the Riyasat is bound to clear his name by/through proper investigations and such steps can’t be called prosecution. Hence in the present case, the court’s order about “writing that letter” is not linked with immunity. Court is right in the matter ordering Riyasat i.e. P.M. that he better get clear the president of the blame on NRO. So, after availing all his rights, P.M. has not succeded in proving own innocence, on the contrary on 13th he will be standing as a criminal before court and probabilities are there may be some more serious indictments as well as a long jail term.Because he, not court had raised immunity plea
