Common Qualities of Nawaz n Zardari:
Memo gate: Nawaz involved in 1999 n zardari now
Corruption: Both have unjustifiable assets n properties in foreign countries n both assets increased when they were/ are in governments
Rule of Law: Nawaz attached the supreme court n zardari not obeying the SC
Rule of Merit: Both violate the rules in their governance coz of which none of the department is corruption free n working properly
