And who is to say that the one's who will verify the degress will not take bribes and certify the degrees? We are forgetting that besides Jahilat we also have a small problem called "CORRUPTION". For a right sum we can bestow a degree on a bonafide "GADHA" hell even a Phd degree LOL
My question is that who or what is running ECP? these people must be corrupt to the bones. If 5 or 6 or 10 people had fake degress it would be one thing, but here 150-200 of the so-called parlimentarians are friggin jahils with fake degress, This is not corruption but the Mother of all Coruptions.
